What is it?
White water rafting....8 people per raft and off you go with your guide!
How long does it take?
Rafting trips are usually a minimum of 2 hours along the Isere River in the French Alps
Equipment needed?
Helmet, wetsuit, paddle and life jacket. All provided by the rafting company.
Minimum Age?
7-8 years old.
What is it?
A small 2 person inflatable raft. You guide yourselves downt the rapids with the help of a guide.
How long does it take?

A solid foam float with handles for you to grip as you float in the water through the rapds.

What is it?
Exploration of the river canyons with ropes and harnesses. Waterfalls, absailing and caves are all part of the fun!
Requires a minimum level of fitness.
How long does it take?
Trips are usually a minimum of 2 hours.

Helmet, wetsuit, harness and ropes. All provided by the rafting company.

7-8 years old depending on weather conditions.
